Analysis and Requirements

Once the visioning phase is complete, it is time to gather and analyze requirements for your project, system or whatever else you are planning. At this point, it is often useful to identify a smaller subset of the stakeholder group who can work intensively with you on this (although all stakeholders can be included, if the group is small). This is also a good time to bring together stakeholders and key members of the development and implementation team.

Generally, requirements gathering and analysis happen over a series of meetings (at least two). I find it best to do it freeform and capture ideas on whiteboards; more formal documentation can follow later, or documentation can remain informal if the project doesn’t require it.
Remember that this is only the first and most intensive stage of requirements gathering. Ideally, requirements should be continuously collected, documented, analyzed and refined throughout the development process.

Vision Analysis and Discussion

When analyzing your vision we intend to define the needs and provide recommended weighted solutions that deliver value to your vision.

Requirements and Documentation

In order to capture your vision gathering the critical activities that must be performed to meet the overall objective(s) is key while remaining solution independent. The supporting documentation captures the activities such as Who, What Why, When, and Where. The How comes later with discovery.

Process Design

Understanding how your vision will function is key and defining the steps and workflow will ultimately streamline any activities and duties needed for the visions mission.

Gap Analysis

At times your vision/business or project is not performing as intended. This service allows you to understand the comparisons between the actual performance to your desired performance and the steps necessary to resolve any found gaps.

Research and Feedback Report

Before starting any vision/project it is important to understand either the marketplace, finance, legal impacts, etc. to properly asses your time and efforts. This service is typically used after your Vision Analysis.

Formed in order to assist you with making your vision come to light. A vision is defined as “an experience of seeing someone or something in a dream or trance, or as a supernatural apparition”.
